When you engage in activities on the HWAC web site, we may ask you to provide us with information.

Any information collected for training purposes will be used only by HWAC to communicate with you in the form of newsletters, documents and notices related to training if you give us permission / authorization to do so. HWAC uses information and/or email addresses for internal purposes only and does not sell, lease, circulate or rent information to third parties, unless otherwise authorized in writing by you.

HWAC Online Program Website

The purpose of requesting information request will be optional and required only to engage in certain activities. Information we may ask you to provide when choosing to engage in other activities on our website may include name, mailing address, telephone number, facsimile numbers, email address, and other demographic information that will enable us to better understand our users and continue to provide improved and informative services.

Security of Your Personal Information

HWAC takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Personal information is never completely invulnerable to hackers, but we try to mitigate that risk by ensuring that personal data is shared through secured transmissions and maintained in secure databases. 

HWAC may hire qualified outside contractors to perform services or functions (such as web development and graphic design). We will only provide those contractors the personal information they need to complete the required service. They are not permitted to use personal information for any other purpose and are obligated to keep your personal information confidential.
